Here are the 3 RITUALS that I try to do every day:
1. See something new every day
2. Learn something new every day
3. Do a kind act for a NON-FAMILY PERSON or INSTITUTION every day.
Every day, I commit myself to confronting injustice—not as a gesture, but as a discipline. In my opinion, no white person in America can truly understand what it feels like to be a Black person who gets up every morning, steps out the door, and carries the weight of history just to reach school, work, or anywhere else.
