Save The Redwoods League

"It brought tears to my eyes. I had to sit down and realized how insignificant I was... I'm giving a legacy for Save the Redwoods League because I want a future Henry Timnick who comes into this incredible Muir Woods and says, 'Boy, people before me gave money to save this place, and I'm going to do the same thing'. If I could be a catalyst in that, I would be very, very happy with my gift..." - Henry Timnick

Timnick Garden

Henry created a garden to honor his parents, Gustav and Ottilie Timnick.  They emigrated to Canada from Russia in 1927 and 1928.  Their hertiage was German Lutheran.  They restarted their life under difficult circumstances and succeeded with hard work, dignity, and strong faith.  His mother loved nature, especially a beautiful garden.
